Rolling hills, stately hardwoods, sparkling lakes and the historic Chattahoochee River would offer CCOS property owners an unparalleled choice of natural settings perfect for any lifestyle. The Property Owners Association provides such broad community services as year-round landscaping of common grounds and maintenance of the private greenhouse operations, guided by experienced horticulturists.
Of the 899 total acres, 210 acres are golf course property and 35.5 of the total are designated as lakes or wetlands.
Over 15,000 spring flower bulbs are planted on over 10 acres of landscaped common ground.
12 miles of roadway are owned and maintained by the POA.
