Membership to the River Station Community Association (RSCA)
(A Non-Profit Corporation - membership available to all River Station and Riverbank Run Residents)
Dear New Resident - A major plus for the River Station neighborhood is our Swim and Tennis Facility. With an attractively landscaped location backing up to the Chattahoochee River, we have one of the nicest facilities around the Peachtree Corners area. Our club has wonderful river frontage offering some of the best trout fishing and views around from your own river bank bluffs. Either walking along the river, laying by the pool or playing tennis you are able to hear the rush of the Chattahoochee River. RSST provides year round activities for members of swim and tennis association regardless of age. As a resident of River Station and River Run we would like you to invite you consider membership. Our club sponsors the following major activities:
Pool - Our pool is open from May to September. Over 100 days!! It is supervised by a professional pool management group who provide trained lifeguards. The swim team committee sponsors swimming lessons for our children and a competitive swim team. The pool is also the location of many social functions such as swim parties and swim team meets. The pool & tennis courts are focal points for spring, summer and fall activities which provides after work relaxation and exercise.
Tennis - In the Spring & Fall we currently have 3 men’s ALTA tennis teams and 1 woman’s Business ALTA team. Summer and Winter brings 3 Adult mixed ALTA doubles teams also we invite you to be active in. There are all levels from beginner to advanced. The object is to be out in the community meeting and having fun with your new neighbors. We also have a variety of junior league tennis team’s for children ages 6 to 17. Many of our teams provide coaching for entry level players who haven’t picked up a racket in a while or before.
Social Committee & Other Club Functions - The social committee sponsors a number of events for both adults and children. Easter eggs hunts, pool kick off party, Halloween parade, adult pool party, adult tennis social nights, Chastain night, block parties and subdivision wide garage sales are examples of the events calendar. The River Station press publishes our monthly newsletter & subdivision newsletter. Our block captains watch over the safety and security of the neighborhood and our grounds committee maintains our pool and tennis facility in addition to the front entrance. The Swim and Tennis club contributes to the beauty, spirit and safety of our neighborhood. An attractive and active Swim and Tennis Club contributes to the value of all homes in the neighborhood. The Swim and Tennis Club is also a great way to meet the neighbors and make new friends.
Won’t You Join Us? - The initiation fee is $500 which is non-refundable ($400 if new resident joins within 60 days of move-in). Annual membership dues are $525 and will be adjusted as a function depending on which quarter you join. At $525 per year that is approximately $44 a month for all family members residing in your home to be a member. Our fiscal club year goes from April 1 through March 31. Should you join at time other than the beginning of the fiscal year, the following schedule is used to prorate your annual dues for new membership.

There are over 100 families who are current members of the club who invite you to join your friends and neighbors and become part of the fun of the River Station Swim & Tennis Homeowner Association by completing an application and check to any board member or by mailing it to: River Station Swim and Tennis Homeowners Association, 6050 Peachtree Parkway Suite 240-108, Norcross, Georgia, 30092.
RSCA also offers annual Civic Membership ($150) for those residents who do not wish to use the Swim/Tennis facilities but would like to help support the maintenance efforts. This membership entitles any Civic member to participate in community events, use of common grounds (excluding Swim/Tennis) and participate in any service vendors discounts the community has collectively negotiated.
